Thank you Donors!
Donations have continued to come in over the Christmas season, and we are now up to $251! I know it may not seem like much to many of you, but we are truly grateful for every single penny that comes in, so THANK YOU DONORS!!
This blog is about my son Jake and our family's adventure on the autism spectrum. If you are a parent of a child with autism, I hope you find the stories here comforting and familiar - you are not alone!
For many years I have been planning the launch of a theraputic riding center for kids on the spectrum along with a recreation place for parents. Jake's Place is a long term goal; my dream is to run the center after my husband retires from his active duty military career in 9 years. You will find information on Jake's Place throught out the blog, and although we don't discuss it on a regular basis, it is always in the background!
